Just choose the first one, and then click on the icon with the black circle and the APN Settings will appear for you. Change freely.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2454 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/network-radios.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"401\" height=\"639\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2455\" src=\"https:\/\/network-radios.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"401\" height=\"639\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2456\" src=\"https:\/\/network-radios.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"401\" height=\"639\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For example, for Straight Talk (AT&amp;T) you should enter a new APN with the following settings:<\/p>\n<p><strong>APN<\/strong> Name Straight Talk<br \/>\n<strong>APN<\/strong> tfdata<br \/>\n<strong>Proxy<\/strong> leave empty<br \/>\n<strong>Port<\/strong> leave empty<br \/>\n<strong>Username<\/strong>\u00a0leave empty<br \/>\n<strong>Password<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0leave empty<br \/>\n<strong>Server<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0leave empty<br \/>\n<strong>MMSC<\/strong> http:\/\/mms-tf.net<br \/>\n<strong>MMS<\/strong> <strong>Proxy<\/strong> mms3.tracfone.com<br \/>\n<strong>MMS<\/strong> <strong>Port<\/strong> 80<br \/>\n<strong>MCC<\/strong> 310<br \/>\n<strong>MNC<\/strong> 410<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget to save the new APN and change to it. Finally, Turn Flight Mode ON and the OFF again. You are ready!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>For Method #2 you need a special USB cable that connects to the Ear\/Mic sockets.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>First, you need the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.silabs.com\/products\/development-tools\/software\/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CP210x USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers<\/a>\u00a0and the <a href=\"http:\/\/ptt4u.com\/downloads\/apn.zip\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PC Settings<\/a> software to run.<\/p>\n<p>Make sure the T199 USB cable is connected, turn on the radio and run PCSettingsEN.exe.
